About these terms
These terms govern your use of the MANIEV online store and purchases made through it. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform. For questions, contact infomaniev@gmail.com.
Using our store
You must have the legal capacity to place an order or permission from a parent or legal guardian where appropriate. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation or misuse another person’s account or payment information.
Product information
We aim to describe products, materials, colours, sizes and prices accurately. Screen settings may affect colour appearance. Product descriptions and selected options shown when you order form part of the purchase information. If you find an error, contact us so we can resolve it.
Orders and payment
Review your selected products, options, currency, total price and delivery details before paying. Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. If we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you and refund any payment for products we cannot supply.
Prices and promotions
The selling price is the amount shown for your selected product or variant. Where a reference price is displayed, the saving relates to that reference. Promotion eligibility, dates and exclusions are those expressly stated with the offer. A gift, bundle reduction or giveaway applies only when its qualifying terms are published and the offer is available. We do not substitute an unannounced condition after purchase.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy explain delivery arrangements and our 60-day return request window. Nothing in those policies limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains the processing of personal information, including processing by Shopify and service providers. External services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Website content is protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use it for personal shopping purposes. Any other use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law permits it.
Errors and changes
We may correct website errors and update these terms for future use. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you rather than charge a different amount without your agreement. The terms applicable at the time of purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a lawful change is agreed.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer right, statutory guarantee, right to a remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
