Delivery availability

MANIEV offers delivery to destinations available during checkout. Enter your full delivery address to view the available services and charges before completing payment. If delivery to your destination is unavailable, contact infomaniev@gmail.com before ordering.

Delivery costs and timing

The available delivery service, shipping charge and any delivery estimate presented during checkout form part of your order information. Please review these details before paying. If a delivery estimate is not displayed, email infomaniev@gmail.com for confirmation before placing your order. We do not promise a universal delivery time for all destinations.

Order processing and dispatch

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided. We will contact you if an item is unavailable or if an issue affects dispatch. Where tracking is supplied by the delivery service, we will send the tracking details once your order is dispatched. Some orders may arrive in separate parcels.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error, contact us promptly with your order number. We will check whether the address can still be changed before dispatch.

Customs and import charges

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures. Any import charges collected by MANIEV will be shown before payment. If charges are not included, contact us before ordering to confirm the arrangements for your destination. Mandatory rights and any price disclosures required by law remain applicable.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact infomaniev@gmail.com. We will investigate with the delivery service and provide the remedy required by applicable law. This policy does not transfer statutory delivery risk to you before the law permits.

Returns

MANIEV offers a 60-day return request window. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, instructions and return-postage information.
